Please carefully read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") before engaging our building services. By accepting our quotation and authorising us to commence work, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Quote All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Acceptance must be confirmed in writing, either via email or signed agreement. Upon acceptance, these Terms form a binding contract between you ("the Client") and us ("the Company").

2. Payment Terms Payment terms are detailed in our quotation. Typically, a deposit is required before work commences, with stage payments specified clearly throughout the project duration. Final payment must be made upon completion of the project. Late payments may incur additional fees or suspension of work.

3. Variations and Additional Work Any variations or additional work requested by the Client that is not detailed in the original quotation will incur extra charges. Such changes must be agreed upon in writing by both parties before the additional work commences.

4. Project Timelines We strive to adhere strictly to estimated timelines, but project duration may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, material availability, or regulatory requirements. The Company will inform the Client promptly of any delays.

5. Warranty and Guarantees All work completed by the Company comes with a 12-month workmanship warranty, commencing from the date of completion. This warranty covers faults arising from workmanship errors but excludes normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, negligence, or alterations carried out by others.

6. Insurance The Company maintains comprehensive public liability insurance. Documentation can be provided upon request. The Client must maintain their own property insurance for the duration of the works.

7. Cancellation If the Client cancels the project after acceptance of the quote, any deposits or costs incurred by the Company up to that point are non-refundable. Any cancellations must be submitted in writing.

8. Site Access and Safety The Client agrees to provide adequate access to the site during agreed working hours. The Client is responsible for removing personal belongings and valuables from work areas. The Company reserves the right to cease work immediately if unsafe working conditions are identified.
